Thank you for choosing Scancolor Australia. We aim to provide reliable and efficient delivery for our wholesale partners across Australia. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (particularly during peak tourism seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or added to your final wholesale invoice.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Destinations

Scancolor Australia ships to addresses across all Australian states and territories.

  • PO Boxes: We can ship small book orders to PO Boxes. Large souvenir crates or bulk book shipments must be delivered to a physical business address.

  • International Shipping: We primarily serve the Australian market. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at info@scancolor.com.au to discuss freight options.

5. Freight for Bulk Orders

For large-scale wholesale orders, we utilize specialized freight carriers. Please ensure your delivery location has adequate access for delivery vehicles. If you require a tailgate lift or have specific delivery instructions (e.g., "leave at back dock"), please notify us at the time of ordering.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Scancolor Australia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages and Loss in Transit

Scancolor Australia is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once they have left our warehouse. However, we value our customers and will assist you in filing a claim with the shipment carrier.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Take clear photos of the damage as soon as the shipment arrives.

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order.
